This first picture was sent to me by Mike Davis because he was visiting King's Inn in Kingsville. This is one of their specialities: avocado salad. Note the beautiful color of these babies! And they taste great with their trademark dressing!
This is our lunch on Sunday: an avocado split into halves, shredded chicken on top and BBQ sauce. OHHHH was that good!

Ooh,Esther, me too! I could just eat the guacamole with chips...nothing else...that would be my meal right there! LOL
